Flavors Group POS Implementation
We implemented Gainz360 POS, digital kitchen screens, central inventory tracking, and custom UPI integrations across all 12 outlets of Flavors Group.
The Challenge
Flavors Group was losing 4% of their inventory to waste, and order processing times were exceeding 18 minutes due to manual bills and paper tokens.
Our Solution
Deployed Gainz360 cloud POS paired with KDS screens. Recipe matrices were integrated into the inventory, locking usage levels.
Key Results
Kitchen ticket time dropped to 11 minutes (a 38% improvement). Food wastage was slashed to less than 1.2%, translating to monthly savings of ₹1.8 Lakhs.
SecurePay Gateway Integration
A custom high-performance transaction broker handling digital estate nominations and subscription payment collections with high security.

Our Solution
Engineered a highly concurrent broker using Redis queues and Swoole HTTP worker pools to throttle API requests asynchronously.

Success rates validated at 99.9% while checkout latency decreased to 0.4 seconds under heavy stress conditions.
AuraCare Telehealth Platform
We designed and deployed an encrypted telehealth consultation dashboard, routing patient logs and billing histories securely.
